Logo and identity system
Usually hurts: Three versions of the logo, four shades of the same colour, and a different look in every channel.
One mark in every format, a colour and typography set, templates and a short manual anyone can follow.
A brand is not a logo. It is what people go through before they pay you. We take that whole path apart — perception, offer, processes, the buying journey, the sales conversation and the team that runs it — and put it back together so it sells on its own.
Brands we have helped grow — from global names to local heroes

Between the brand, the business and the people who carry both.
Since 2009 we have designed brands and rebuilt the businesses behind them. You are never handed to an account manager — you work with us.

Design passionateŁukasz HyllaThe Creative MindHYXA starts with our family name. That is not decoration — it is the reason we answer the phone ourselves and the reason we cannot hide behind an account manager. When the company is called after you, every project is personal.
Changing your present to change your future.
Most businesses do not have a marketing problem. They have a clarity problem — an offer nobody understands, a process that leaks money, a team guessing what the owner wants, and a customer who gives up two clicks before paying. We fix that, in that order.
We name what is broken, in plain language, before we design anything. Most clients hear things nobody in the company dared to say.
We sit with your people, walk the customer path ourselves and test the sales conversation before we rebuild it.
Three models. One of them ties our money to your result — we only earn when the change earns.
Sylwia & Łukasz Hylla · HYXA ConnectPull one and nothing moves. Pull all three in the right order and the same company starts earning differently.
How the company is understood, remembered and judged — before anyone talks to sales.
What happens inside: the offer, the processes, the standards and the people who deliver them.
The path from first impression to payment, and everything that makes buying feel obvious.
Pick what is keeping you up at night. We will show you how we would approach it.
Customer journey & experienceWe walk your buying path as a customer, mark every point of friction and redesign the moments that decide the sale.
One partner for identity, processes, the customer path and the people who run it — design, production, implementation and project management.
Your goals, your numbers and the thing nobody in the company says out loud.
We walk the customer path and the internal process ourselves, and find the leaks.
Brand, offer, process, sales path — rebuilt in the order that pays back fastest.
With your team, not as a PDF: standards written, people trained, materials and instructions delivered.
Against the baseline we agreed. If we are paid from profit, this is also our invoice.
Partners, clients and people from our network — we build a community around our clients, because cooperation simply pays.

We challenge the status quo. Creativity and forward-thinking solutions bring fresh perspectives to every brief.
We are generous with our ideas.
Three voices from projects that ran from the first conversation to the last delivery.
From the very beginning, working with HYXA Connect was a seamless experience. Their professionalism and deep market knowledge stood out immediately. Łukasz and the HYXA team were not only highly efficient but also completely focused on achieving the best possible outcome for us. Truly an outstanding service.

No price. No offer. No call to action. And it still does more for the brand than a year of discounts.

Shopping centres, bars, supermarkets, fast food, cafés and restaurants. All of them decided something for you before you noticed.

Jung’s archetypes are not a personality game. They are the reason your advertising argues with your own reception desk.
Read the article →Most owners know something is wrong. Few know exactly where. We come in from the outside, go through your business as your customer does — and sometimes as your most difficult customer does — and put it in writing. Then you decide what to do with it.
For: "I know something is not working, but I cannot name it."
The outside view: what the market sees, what the customer goes through and where they give up before paying.
For: "We are busy, we sell — and there is still nothing left at the end of the month."
Everything from level one, plus the inside: processes, offer, prices, people and the standards they work to.
For: "We know what is wrong. We need someone to walk it through with us."
The audit becomes a rebuild: we implement with your team, train them and stay until the numbers move.
One warning, up front: sometimes the answer is not the market, the team or the budget. Sometimes it is the owner. If you want us to say it out loud, we will — and then we will help you change it.
Every one of them is agreed with you in advance. Take one, take all six — and the sixth one you write yourself.
We contact you like any other customer: the form, the phone, the shop floor. We measure response time, tone, questions asked, follow-up — and whether anyone actually tried to sell.
Recording, transcript and a timeline of the whole contact
Then we come back as the difficult one: a complaint, pressure, a request outside the standard. That is where you find out what your team really does when the owner is not watching.
A map of where improvisation replaced the standard
We go through the same buying path at three of your competitors, on the same day, with the same enquiry. Then we put the three experiences next to yours, side by side.
A comparison table: price, speed, tone, what they did better
Anonymous, structured conversations with the people at the point of contact. They usually know exactly what is broken — nobody has ever asked them in a way that felt safe.
What the team would change first, without names attached
With your consent, we call people who asked for a quote and never came back. One question: what made you choose someone else? It is the cheapest market research there is, and almost nobody does it.
The real reason you lose deals — in their words
Some things do not fit a ready-made test, and they are usually the ones costing the most. A partner who stopped pulling in the same direction. A manager everyone quietly avoids. A department that has "always done it this way". Name it in one line and we will design the sixth test around it — we do not flinch at difficult subjects, we just handle them carefully and in writing.
A test built around your question — and an answer you can act on
Goes straight into your brief. Nobody else sees it, and the NDA covers it from the first word.
All tests are agreed with the owner in advance and reported without naming people for punishment. We look for gaps in the system, not for someone to fire. Recordings stay with you and are covered by the NDA.
Answer six questions in the brief. We will tell you which level makes sense — and if none of them does, we will say that too.
A project with us does not end with a presentation. It ends with things your team can pick up and use on Monday. Below is the typical range — each card says what usually hurts, and what you physically get in return.
Usually hurts: Three versions of the logo, four shades of the same colour, and a different look in every channel.
One mark in every format, a colour and typography set, templates and a short manual anyone can follow.
Usually hurts: The site looks fine but sells nothing, nobody knows how to update it and the phone number is still the old one.
A fast, mobile, secure site you can edit yourselves — with the enquiry path designed before the first pixel.
Usually hurts: Vans drive 25,000 km a year and say nothing. The cheapest advertising space you own is blank.
Print-ready fleet graphics, a fitter briefed and booked, and the same look on every vehicle you buy next.
Usually hurts: The team turns up in whatever they own, and the customer cannot tell staff from strangers.
Embroidered shirts, polos and jackets with sizing, supplier and reorder details — so the next hire is dressed on day one.
Usually hurts: People drive past the building because nothing tells them you are open, or what you actually do.
Signage, window graphics, boards and flags — designed, measured, quoted and installed.
Usually hurts: The quote you send looks worse than the job you do. Every document comes from a different decade.
Offer, invoice, contract and presentation templates in your brand — editable, consistent and ready to send.
Usually hurts: Enquiries live in three inboxes, two spreadsheets and one person’s head. When that person is off, the week stops.
One system chosen for your size, configured with your stages, your data imported and your team trained in it.
Usually hurts: Somebody retypes the same data three times a day and calls it "just how it works here".
The repetitive steps connected end to end, with a written record of what runs, when, and who to call if it stops.
Usually hurts: You explain the business better in five minutes over coffee than your whole website does in five pages.
A three-minute film, short cuts for social, and a photo library of real people — yours to use anywhere, forever.
Usually hurts: Every person answers the same question differently, and the best answer leaves when that person does.
Written scripts for enquiries, objections and complaints, a workshop to embed them, and a one-page onboarding sheet.
Usually hurts: There is a plan, but it lives in the owner’s head and changes depending on the week.
One printed page: where the business goes, in what order, who owns what and how you will know it worked.
Usually hurts: Busy all year, thin at the end of it. Prices were set once and never recalculated.
Your offer rebuilt into packages with the margin calculated, plus a price list you can defend out loud.
Client names stay out of it — every project is covered by a mutual NDA. What we can show you, we show live in the first conversation.
Listen, help, plan, implement — and then connect. A lot of what we do happens between companies, not inside one.
Research, positioning for the local buyer, first contacts and a realistic plan for the first twelve months — in the UK, the UAE, Europe or Poland.
We help build the list of the right partners, distributors and referrers — and the offer that makes working with you worth their while.
We connect clients with each other: joint projects, shared campaigns, supply and referral arrangements that would never have happened by accident.
We help prepare the business case, the numbers and the documentation for grants and development funding, and point you to the specialists who file it.
Events, introductions and a network built over fifteen years. Connecting people is not a slogan for us — it is the part of the job we like most.
New services and products for the customers you already have — designed, priced, piloted and launched with your team.
We would rather earn with you than invoice you. The model is agreed before the work starts, in writing, with the scope and the measurement attached.
The simplest one. A rate, a scope and a log of what was done. You give us a specific task — an audit, a workshop, training, a campaign plan. And if you do not know what to order yet, fill in the brief: six questions, and we will tell you what we would do first.
We agree a baseline, implement the changes, and take an agreed share of the improvement they produce. If nothing improves, there is nothing to share.
For businesses we believe in and want to build with long term. We take a minority stake instead of part of the fee — and we stay on the inside, where the decisions are made.
Starting from nothing is the work we enjoy most. Brand, offer, first customers, first processes, first hires — built together, usually for a smaller fee plus an agreed share, so we grow when you do. We have been doing exactly that for ourselves since 2009, which is why we know how expensive it is to learn it the hard way.
Profit-share and equity arrangements are agreed individually and put in writing. Our lawyers and accountants prepare our side, yours review and confirm theirs — nothing is signed until both sides are comfortable. That is how we like to work: transparently, on paper, with no surprises later.
These are not extra invoice lines. They are the things we would install in our own company, and they come up once the basics work: a place to see the project, a way to start from zero, a card that does not get thrown away, and presence in a market you cannot fly to every month. If we find something better while we work, you get that instead.
We propose them because they solve a problem we saw, not because they add a line to the quote.
Accounts, licences and access are set up in your name. Nothing is held hostage when the project ends.
A four-person firm does not need what a forty-person firm needs. We say so before you spend anything.
Your project in one place: tasks, deadlines, files and approvals. You stop chasing anyone for a status, and nothing is "somewhere in an email".

Most of our clients come through a recommendation. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, because this work only makes sense when we are properly inside the business — so if we cannot start straight away, we will tell you honestly when we can.
Fill out the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. A sentence about what is not working is enough to start.
