Three levels of working together. You choose how deep we go.
Everyone starts at level one. Most move to level two once they see the diagnosis. Level three is for businesses we build with long term.
We would rather earn with you than off you.
The audit that tells you what is really going on in your company.
Most owners know something is wrong. Few know exactly where. We come in from the outside, go through your business as your customer does — and sometimes as your most difficult customer does — and put it in writing. Then you decide what to do with it.

One warning, up front: sometimes the answer is not the market, the team or the budget. Sometimes it is the owner. If you want us to say it out loud, we will — and then we will help you change it.
Six ways we look at your business from the outside
Every one of them is agreed with you in advance. Take one, take all six — and the sixth one you write yourself.
Incognito customer
We contact you like any other customer: the form, the phone, the shop floor. We measure response time, tone, questions asked, follow-up — and whether anyone actually tried to sell.
Recording, transcript and a timeline of the whole contact
Demanding customer
Then we come back as the difficult one: a complaint, pressure, a request outside the standard. That is where you find out what your team really does when the owner is not watching.
A map of where improvisation replaced the standard
Competitor benchmark
We go through the same buying path at three of your competitors, on the same day, with the same enquiry. Then we put the three experiences next to yours, side by side.
A comparison table: price, speed, tone, what they did better
The team speaks first
Anonymous, structured conversations with the people at the point of contact. They usually know exactly what is broken — nobody has ever asked them in a way that felt safe.
What the team would change first, without names attached
The lost-customer call
With your consent, we call people who asked for a quote and never came back. One question: what made you choose someone else? It is the cheapest market research there is, and almost nobody does it.
The real reason you lose deals — in their words
The open sixth — your call
Some things do not fit a ready-made test, and they are usually the ones costing the most. A partner who stopped pulling in the same direction. A manager everyone quietly avoids. A department that has "always done it this way". Name it in one line and we will design the sixth test around it — we do not flinch at difficult subjects, we just handle them carefully and in writing.
A test built around your question — and an answer you can act on
Goes straight into your brief. Nobody else sees it, and the NDA covers it from the first word.
All tests are agreed with the owner in advance and reported without naming people for punishment. We look for gaps in the system, not for someone to fire. Recordings stay with you and are covered by the NDA.
Not sure which level?
Answer six questions in the brief. We will tell you which level makes sense — and if none of them does, we will say that too.
We also open doors — not just fix what is behind them.
Listen, help, plan, implement — and then connect. A lot of what we do happens between companies, not inside one.
Entering new markets
Research, positioning for the local buyer, first contacts and a realistic plan for the first twelve months — in the UK, the UAE, Europe or Poland.
Sales and partner base
We help build the list of the right partners, distributors and referrers — and the offer that makes working with you worth their while.
Cooperation between companies
We connect clients with each other: joint projects, shared campaigns, supply and referral arrangements that would never have happened by accident.
Grants and development funding
We help prepare the business case, the numbers and the documentation for grants and development funding, and point you to the specialists who file it.
A community, not a client list
Events, introductions and a network built over fifteen years. Connecting people is not a slogan for us — it is the part of the job we like most.
Expansion of the offer
New services and products for the customers you already have — designed, priced, piloted and launched with your team.
Three ways to pay us. Option two puts our money at risk.
We would rather earn with you than invoice you. The model is agreed before the work starts, in writing, with the scope and the measurement attached.
Paid for the hours
The simplest one. A rate, a scope and a log of what was done. You give us a specific task — an audit, a workshop, training, a campaign plan. And if you do not know what to order yet, fill in the brief: six questions, and we will tell you what we would do first.
- Clear hourly or daily rate
- Estimate before we start
- Monthly log of work done
- Stop or pause at any point
Paid from the profit
We agree a baseline, implement the changes, and take an agreed share of the improvement they produce. If nothing improves, there is nothing to share.
- Baseline agreed and measured upfront
- Share of the uplift, not of turnover
- Defined period and cap
- Open reporting both ways
Paid in equity
For businesses we believe in and want to build with long term. We take a minority stake instead of part of the fee — and we stay on the inside, where the decisions are made.
- Minority stake, agreed by contract
- Defined scope of our involvement
- Vesting tied to milestones
- Exit terms written from day one
Start-ups — our favourite kind of partnership: everything from zero
Starting from nothing is the work we enjoy most. Brand, offer, first customers, first processes, first hires — built together, usually for a smaller fee plus an agreed share, so we grow when you do. We have been doing exactly that for ourselves since 2009, which is why we know how expensive it is to learn it the hard way.
- Smaller fee, agreed share of what we build
- Brand, offer and first sales path from scratch
- Help with the first hires and the first processes
- Access to our partners, clients and network
Profit-share and equity arrangements are agreed individually and put in writing. Our lawyers and accountants prepare our side, yours review and confirm theirs — nothing is signed until both sides are comfortable. That is how we like to work: transparently, on paper, with no surprises later.
Your innovation stays in your company.
Every project starts with a mutual NDA. Solutions are designed individually for your business — not copied from the last client and not sold onwards to your competitor. The exclusivity clause, and how long it runs, is written into the contract, alongside the cooperation model.
Mutual NDA before we start
Signed before the first working session, covering numbers, plans, processes and people.
Individually designed solutions
Built for your market, your margins and your team — not adapted from someone else's playbook.
Exclusivity written into the contract
Where it matters, we agree not to reuse a solution in your sector for an agreed period.
It cuts both ways
When we are paid in profit share or equity, the same confidentiality protects the value we build together.
Contract wording is prepared with your lawyer. We are not a law firm and we will always tell you to have the agreement reviewed before signing.
What we do — and what we honestly pass on
We are not an agency that does everything. We diagnose, plan, teach and supervise quality. Execution in specialist areas goes to partners we trust, and we tell you what it costs.
We do this ourselves
- Three-level business audit, incognito and demanding-customer tests
- Brand perception research and repositioning
- Offer architecture, pricing logic and sales paths
- Website and customer-experience audits
- Process design, standards, scripts and instructions
- Training: marketing basics, sales, service and brand
- Engagement, bonus, commission and delegation systems
- Support in recruiting salespeople, managers and leaders
- Campaign planning, PR direction and results monitoring
- Google Business set-up and the review system
This we hand to specialists
- SEO and technical positioning
- Day-to-day running of social media profiles
- Large-scale media buying
- Bookkeeping, legal and tax advice
- Software development beyond websites and shops
We recommend the partner, agree the brief, check the work and stay responsible for the result in front of you. No hidden mark-up, no quiet commissions you do not know about.
Not sure which level fits?
Write one sentence about what is not working. We will tell you honestly whether it is a level one problem or a level three opportunity.
How we price it, and what we expect back
We work on the outcome, on the people and on the processes — not on however many hours it looks like from the outside. That work is paid for on clear, written terms: a rate, a share of the result, or equity. Whichever we agree, you know the number before we start and it does not move afterwards.
In return we give 100% of ourselves — and 200% when the situation calls for it. What we ask for is the same standard back: decisions made on time, access to real numbers, and a partner who treats this as a project, not as a favour to be renegotiated later.
Let's create something extraordinary together.

Most of our clients come through a recommendation. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, because this work only makes sense when we are properly inside the business — so if we cannot start straight away, we will tell you honestly when we can.
Fill out the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. A sentence about what is not working is enough to start.
