HYXA / Brand rollout

Where a brand actually lives

A logo on a screen changes nothing. A logo on a van, a door, a mug and a hoodie changes how your company is treated. These are the touchpoints we design, produce and roll out — shown as concepts, because real client work stays under NDA.

People believe what they can touch.

The cheapest media you already own.

Most companies pay for advertising space while driving past their customers in a plain white van. Your cars, your building, your invoices, your people — that surface is already bought and paid for. The only question is whether it says anything.

A brand does not end at the logo — it starts there.

Touchpoints

Nine places where a brand either works or disappears.

HYXA BRAND · STRATEGY
01

Fleet — from a van to the director’s car

One consistent wrap across every vehicle, readable at thirty metres and at fifty kilometres an hour: name, one thing you do, one way to reach you.

A service van does roughly 25,000 km a year. That is a billboard that also carries your tools.

02

Signage — the shop, the office, the door

A sign that is lit, level, clean and legible after dark. Plus the small things nobody budgets for: opening hours, the entrance, the bell, the plaque.

A customer decides whether you are serious before they touch the handle.

03

Flags and the approach

Flags at the entrance, a branded gate, clear parking. The street tells people whether anything is happening here.

Three flags in front of a warehouse change the price a buyer expects to pay.

04

Pens, fountain pens, the signing moment

The pen handed over at the contract table. A cheap one says one thing, a weighted branded one says another — and it usually gets kept.

An object that stays on someone’s desk beats an advert they scrolled past.

NOTES · IDEAS · PLANS
05

Notebooks, folders, documents

Offers, contracts and handover packs that look like they came from one company — not from four different printers and a free template.

The document is the part of you the client keeps and shows to others.

06

Engraved mugs and the welcome

Coffee served in a branded mug, a named mug for a new hire, a small engraved gift after a finished project.

Small, cheap, remembered. Most loyalty is built out of details like this.

07

Workwear and embroidered logos

Hoodies, polos, jackets and hi-vis — embroidered, not printed, so it survives the winter and still looks like a company.

A team in one uniform is quoted higher and questioned less.

08

Packaging, tape, the parcel

Branded tape, an insert card, a sticker with a QR code that asks for a review at the exact moment the customer is happiest.

The unboxing is the only advert your customer films themselves.

09

Trade stands and events

A stand that works without you standing in it: one message, one reason to stop, one thing to take away.

Most stands collect contacts nobody ever calls. We design for the call afterwards.

Beyond the objects

A brand also lives in people.

Integration events that are not awkward

A reason to be in the same room that is not a slide deck — planned so that the quiet people also get to say something.

Stronger bonds, lower turnover

People leave managers and chaos, rarely salaries alone. Belonging is cheaper than recruitment.

Mentoring support for the owner

A monthly hour where you can say out loud what you cannot say to the team — and leave with two decisions made.

One standard, written down

Who orders what, from whom, in which colour and at what size — so the brand survives the next three employees.

The outcome

What this really buys you

  • A company that looks bigger and safer than its turnover suggests
  • Higher prices accepted with fewer questions
  • Staff who feel part of something, not just employed by it
  • Customers who recognise you before you speak
  • A market that starts recommending you by name

Everyone wants the view. Almost nobody books the climb.

Strategy is the route. Execution is the altitude. We walk both with you.

Most of our clients come through a recommendation. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, because this work only makes sense when we are properly inside the business — so if we cannot start straight away, we will tell you honestly when we can.

Fill out the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. A sentence about what is not working is enough to start.
