Two people, one hexagon, fifteen years of brands.
HYXA Connect was founded in 2009 by Sylwia and Łukasz Hylla. The name blends our family name, HYLLA, with a pursuit of excellence — and the hexagon, nature’s strongest shape, stands for balance, harmony and the power of connection.
A company is people. People are potential.
HYXA CONNECT — VISIONARY WITH BIG HEARTS
Vision without heart is a slide deck. Heart without vision is a hobby. We insist on both.
Six sides. One shape. Nothing wasted.
The hexagon is what bees build when they need maximum strength from minimum material. So do we.
Sylwia & Łukasz Hylla · HYXA ConnectA forward-thinking, family-run agency.
We started work together as a forward-thinking, family-run agency — creating brands, websites and campaigns for people who wanted something more than a logo. Always simple. Always personal.
That was us fifteen years ago: two people, a laptop each and far more courage than experience. We learned the business the way our clients learn it — by paying for our own mistakes.
Today we bring something a younger agency cannot sell you: scars. We have run companies, built teams, signed bad contracts, fixed them, and rebuilt what was worth rebuilding. That is what you are actually hiring.
We create everything needed to capture people’s hearts and minds.

The people behind the hexagon
Two people, one company, one standard. Below is who does what — and the photograph changes when you hover over it, because a business is built by the same people who carry the balloons home afterwards.

Sylwia Hylla
Co-founded HYXA Connect in 2009 and has shaped how the studio looks after people — clients, partners and the team alike.
Łukasz Hylla
Co-founder and strategist — the person who turns a messy business problem into a clear plan, a working process and a brand people believe.
Why our mark is a honeycomb cell.
A hexagon tiles a plane with no wasted space and with the shortest possible walls. Bees did not choose it for the looks. They chose it because it is the strongest structure for the least material — and because one cell alone is useless.
One cell is a shape. Many cells are a structure.
A good logo, a good website, a good script — each is one cell. Value appears when they lock into each other.
Every wall is shared.
In a honeycomb nothing is built twice. In a business it usually is — three departments solving the same problem separately.
Strength comes from the joins.
Companies rarely break in the middle of a department. They break between departments.
A hive is built by everyone.
No single bee has the plan. The plan lives in how they work together — which is also true of your team.
So when we say we build hexagons, we mean it literally: we add cells to your business until it holds its own weight.
Potential is quiet. Somebody has to go and find it.
Everything on the next screen is the reason this company exists at all.
This is what HYXA is for.
We draw the potential out of a business — including the part nobody had noticed yet.
We connect the dots that growth is made of.
We solve business puzzles.
We give businesses direction, character and options.
We turn potential into possibility.
A place where imagination meets extraordinary results — because innovative solutions are always crafted with creative excellence.
Why people work with us
Founded in 2009. The name blends our family name, HYLLA, with a pursuit of excellence — and the hexagon stands for balance, harmony and connection. What that means in practice is below.
We listen before we propose
Your goals and challenges come before our portfolio. Every first meeting is us asking, not presenting.
We explain things in plain language
No jargon, no smoke. If you cannot repeat our recommendation to your team, we explained it badly.
We build the thing, not just the plan
Design, code, print, training and processes — delivered by the same connected team.
Secure, mobile-ready delivery
Every site we build is responsive and secure. Every process we write is tested with the people who run it.
Clear, consistent communication
You always know what stage we are at, what we need from you and what happens next.
That little bit extra
The thing nobody invoiced for, done because it made the result better. Fifteen years of it.
30% coding · 40% strategic planning · 30% graphic design · 100% brand focus
How we price it, and what we expect back
We work on the outcome, on the people and on the processes — not on however many hours it looks like from the outside. That work is paid for on clear, written terms: a rate, a share of the result, or equity. Whichever we agree, you know the number before we start and it does not move afterwards.
In return we give 100% of ourselves — and 200% when the situation calls for it. What we ask for is the same standard back: decisions made on time, access to real numbers, and a partner who treats this as a project, not as a favour to be renegotiated later.
Fifteen years in the UK, clients across Europe, now building in Poland.
We built brands across the United Kingdom, delivered projects for clients from the United Arab Emirates, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Cyprus and Spain — and today Poland is our second home market.
After years of fixing processes, replacing patterns that stopped working, training teams, reshaping offers and researching markets, we know who we help best: companies with real potential that have run out of steam on their current product or service, and companies ready to widen what they sell or enter a new market.
From a classroom to two markets
School, studies and the things we did for free
Design, music, photography, organising things nobody asked us to organise. Two people learning, separately, that they liked making something out of nothing — and that doing it well felt better than doing it fast.
We leave for the UK
Factories, contracts, shift work and our first look inside real companies — from the floor, not from a slide. We learned the language, the market, how a corporation actually decides, and how much of a business runs on habits nobody has ever questioned.
First projects, after hours
HYXA begins as evening work: logos, print, websites for people who trusted us before we had a portfolio. HYXA Connect Ltd is later registered in England and Wales, company number 8487799.
The agency, and the real education
A creative agency of our own — and with it, hundreds of conversations with owners. Brands, start-ups, the Polish community abroad, local businesses that had never had anyone ask them why. We travelled, we took every sales and development course we could, and we learned more from clients’ problems than from any of them.
Bigger clients, processes and events
Work stops being only design. Processes, marketing, product, training, administration. Presentations and events in London, Paris, Warsaw and Marbella. We help open new branches, scale into other countries, build teams, then rebuild what Brexit broke and adapt the rest to a market that had changed underneath everyone.
A seat at the table
We join advisory boards and, in several companies we had helped build, the board itself. Different view, different responsibility: you stop recommending decisions and start signing them.
Our own brands, and export
We launch brands of our own on the UK market and start selling internationally — Norway, Mexico, Thailand, Japan, Canada. Printed bags and large-format print; distribution and production of sports goods in the UK and beyond. We build the marketing and the product offer for clients in regions we had never worked in before.
Teams and brands in finance, transport and retail
Brands, teams and processes in transport, finance, insurance and retail — including Amazon and eBay storefronts, alongside consulting work. Much of it comes down to one thing: connecting businesses that should have met each other years ago.
Building next to people, not above them
We do not like building one thing and sitting inside it. We prefer to connect, develop, scale and build a structure alongside — with people, as a community that does business properly. Two markets, a limited number of clients at a time, three ways to be paid.
An environment our children can grow up inside
Do good work, support each other, and leave behind a place where the next generation can practise creativity and enterprise for real — in the UK, in Poland, in Europe and wherever the work takes us.
Dates mark when something started, not when it finished. Most of it is still running.
40 / 30 / 30 — and 100% attention on the brand.
Every project splits the same way: 40% strategic planning, 30% design, 30% build. That is why the website is never a pretty shell and the strategy never stays in a drawer.

We are a family. It shows in how we work.
Sylwia, Łukasz and Kuba. Most of what we know about partnership we learned at home, not in a boardroom — that you talk before it becomes a problem, that you write down what you agreed, and that respect is not a quarterly initiative.
We build on relationships and a friendly atmosphere. We avoid conflict and anything that is not transparent. And we do not work with people who make their money at someone else’s expense — no rate is worth that.
Quite often clients become friends. That is not a marketing line — it is simply what happens when you spend a year fixing something difficult together.
Your brand has a personality whether you designed it or not.
Carl Jung (1875–1961) described recurring character patterns in stories and in people. The twelve-archetype model used in branding was popularised later, mainly by Mark and Pearson. We use it for one practical reason: a brand that behaves like one clear character is remembered, and one that behaves like four is not.
The alignment that decides everything
Owner archetype
How you actually make decisions, hire, argue and sell. This one is not a choice — it is already there.
Brand archetype
The character the company plays in public: tone, look, promise, the way it handles a complaint.
Customer archetype
Who feels understood by that character — and who quietly decides you are not for them.
When the three line up, selling gets easier and marketing gets cheaper. When they do not, you end up paying for ads that argue with your own reception desk.
Our own mix, since you will ask
We ran the exercise on ourselves first. This is the result — and it explains a lot about how we work.
We turn a mess into a working system. What looks like magic from the outside is usually a process somebody finally wrote down.
We explain before we change. You should never have to make a decision without understanding why.
New markets, new tools, new countries. We are usually the first in the room to have tried the thing.
Because none of it matters until something actually exists — a logo, a script, a price list, a van, a trained team.

HYXA DNA Audit
A short, structured session in which we name your owner archetype, the archetype your brand is currently performing, and the one your best customers respond to — then we show you the gaps and what to do about them first.
- Owner, brand and customer archetypes named and compared
- Where your communication contradicts your own behaviour
- Tone, visual direction and service standards that fit the real you
- A one-page character brief your team can actually follow
It is part of the Deep scan audit, and it can be run on its own.

Most of our clients come through a recommendation. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, because this work only makes sense when we are properly inside the business — so if we cannot start straight away, we will tell you honestly when we can.
Fill out the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. A sentence about what is not working is enough to start.
