Your offer does not sell because nobody understands it
Fourteen services, no order, no prices, no next step. The customer picks the cheapest thing they understand.
Write it down once, and stop explaining it forever.

Most offers are a list of what the company can do. A good offer is a list of decisions the customer can make.
Three levels beat fourteen options
- Entry: cheap, fast, low risk. Its job is to start the relationship, not to earn.
- Core: what you actually want to sell, priced so it is the obvious choice.
- Premium: the version that makes the core look reasonable — and that some customers genuinely want.
Then fix the maths
Know the margin on each level. Know what the next step up is and when to offer it. Write the three sentences your team says when the customer asks "why so much?".
We rebuild offer architecture in almost every project. It is the change that pays back fastest, and it costs nothing but thinking.
