Seven reviews change more than a new advert
Nobody calls a company with two stars and a three-year-old profile. Yet most owners spend on ads first.
Write it down once, and stop explaining it forever.

Before a customer contacts you, they check you. The check takes eleven seconds and it happens on Google, not on your website.
What to do this week
- Ask your last ten happy customers for a review — by name, personally, with a direct link.
- Answer every review, especially the bad ones. Future customers read your answer, not the complaint.
- Put the review request into the process: after delivery, after the invoice, after the service call.
- Read them as data. Three people mentioning the same delay is not bad luck, it is a process fault.
Why it works
Reviews are the cheapest sales asset you own and the only one your competitor cannot copy. They also tell you what to fix — free research most companies throw away.
If nobody in the company owns this, it will not happen. Give it to one person, in writing, with a weekly number.
