Internal communication is the cheapest investment in margin
Half of all errors are not incompetence. They are two people assuming the other one knew.
Write it down once, and stop explaining it forever.

Nobody measures the cost of a misunderstanding, which is exactly why it is the most expensive thing in most companies.
Four habits that fix most of it
- One channel per topic, agreed by everyone. Not four apps and a corridor.
- A weekly fifteen-minute stand-up: what is done, what is stuck, what needs a decision.
- Every decision written in one sentence, where everyone can find it.
- A monthly session where the team can say what is not working — without consequences.
Why owners resist this
Because it feels like a meeting culture. It is the opposite: these habits exist so that people stop needing you as a translator between departments.
When we rebuild processes, internal communication is always part of it. Otherwise the new process lasts three weeks.
